A gentle class, particularly suitable if you’re looking to break up your working day or have caring responsibilities that make it harder to attend in person classes.
Opening with a relaxing breathing practice, this slower paced but challenging class will build strength, increase flexibility and improve your balance. Expect some longer holds in amongst the flows to build resilience and the ability to sit with difficult sensations.
You will need a mat, a cushion and a blanket for final relaxation. I may occasionally suggest additional props but you will be given ample time to collect anything you may need. If you don’t have blocks, a strap and a bolster, books, a belt and a stack of pillows will work perfectly.
